Since 2014 Youth Job Center has provided the Career Pathways program, a program that helps groups of young adults obtain an industry recognized license or certification. The goal of this program is to help youth achieve permanent employment in a career track job with advancement opportunities. Youth participate in skills trainings specific to their chosen career path. The program also includes subsidized internships, during which youth are able to work in their chosen career path while simultaneously undergoing training, allowing them to put their newly acquired skills to use while still learning.
