Workforce Readiness Training

Our week-long Workforce Readiness Training (WRT) focuses on creating the attitudes and abilities needed for employment. Trainings teach clients how to communicate with managers, coworkers, and customers. No matter what technical capabilities a position may entail, every job requires strong interpersonal and social skills and knowledge of proper workplace conduct. WRT prepares clients for the workplace by teaching appropriate workplace etiquette, including workplace attire, time management skills, navigating social situations, powering down phones, maintaining eye contact, and navigating interviews. Clients will leave WRT with an updated resume and the confidence to find and keep a job.
