“As a long-time supporter of Youth Job Center (YJC), I believe in the power of investing in the future, and that’s why I’ve chosen to include YJC in my estate planning. By leaving a bequest to this remarkable organization, we will enable them to continue to empower young individuals with the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed in the workplace. Through their dedicated efforts, YJC not only equips young adults with essential job skills, but also fosters their confidence, shaping them into resilient, capable, and skilled workers. By including YJC in your estate planning, you too can leave a lasting legacy of hope, bridging the gap between potential and opportunity for countless young lives. Together, let’s invest in the future and empower the next generation to unlock their full potential, ensuring stronger and more prosperous communities.”

Smart & Lasting Ways to Give

There are many ways to support young people at Youth Job Center, some that make an impact today, and others that create opportunities for years to come.

In addition to traditional gifts, you may have assets or resources that allow you to give in a way that is simple, flexible, and often more tax efficient. Whether you’re thinking about a gift this year or planning for the future, your support helps ensure every young person has access to a plan, a path, and a placement.

Ways to Give Today

These options allow you to make an immediate impact, often in ways that are easy to arrange and financially beneficial.

Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs)

If you have a Donor-Advised Fund, you can recommend a grant to Youth Job Center at any time. It’s one of the simplest and most flexible ways to give, and a powerful way to put charitable dollars to work right now.

IRA Giving (Qualified Charitable Distributions)

If you are age 70½ or older, you can make a gift directly from your IRA to Youth Job Center.
These gifts may count toward your required minimum distribution and are often not subject to income tax.

Gifts of Stock or Appreciated Assets

Donating appreciated stock or other assets can allow you to avoid capital gains taxes while making a larger impact than a cash gift.

 Employer Matching Gifts

Many companies match charitable contributions made by employees. Check with your employer to see if your gift to Youth Job Center can be doubled.

Ways to Give in the Future

These options allow you to create a lasting legacy while supporting the next generation of young people.

Bequests (Gifts in Your Will or Trust)

Including Youth Job Center in your will or trust is a simple way to make a meaningful future gift without affecting your finances today.

 Retirement Assets

You can name Youth Job Center as a beneficiary of your IRA, 401(k), or other retirement account. This can be a tax-efficient way to support our mission.

 Life Insurance

By naming Youth Job Center as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy, you can make a significant future impact through a relatively modest investment.

Create Your Legacy

For more than 40 years, Youth Job Center has helped young people build brighter futures through career exploration, training, and meaningful employment.

Your gift, whether made today or in the future, helps ensure that this work continues for generations to come.
