Silent Auction Bidding Instructions 

Can't attend the gala in person? No problem. Browse and bid from anywhere, and check back for new items being added throughout the week leading up to the big night.

Here's how:

1. Create An Account

A) Click here: https://events.readysetauction.com/.../gala2026/auth/login

B) Select “Request Account” in the top right corner. Complete the “Request an Account” form.

C) Open the confirmation email from ReadySetAuction (RSA) and click on "Create an Account."

D) Finish the registration process by filling in your contact information, password, 4-digit PIN, and account preferences. Don't forget to check "I agree to the terms" before completing the form.

2. Place a Bid

Follow these steps once you’ve successfully registered with ReadySetAuction.

A) Click here: https://events.readysetauction.com/.../gala2026/auth/login

B) Login to your RSA account.

C) Tap “Auction Catalog,” then “View Catalog.” You’ll find categories for all the auction items listed on each page. You can also see a list of all categories by tapping the “Categories” button in the gray navigation bar at the top of each page.

D) Tap an item to learn more about it and/or to make a bid.

E) Manual Bid: Enter your bid, tap “Next”, and verify by tapping "Confirm".

F) Auto-Bid: Set a limit for Otto the Bidding Robot to automatically bid for you. Check "Use Otto for this bid", tap “Next”, then confirm.

G) You can increase your bid any time before the auction closes and sign-up to receive outbid notifications.

3. Check Out & Pay

A) Tap the yellow button at the top of the eCatalog that appears if you’ve won a silent auction item and/or made a donation.

B) Review your invoice and select how you'd like to pay.

C) Follow the instructions to enter your payment information and verify amount. You’ll automatically receive an mailed receipt. Thank you!
