Why did you join the YJC Board?

I joined the Board because I appreciate the mission of YJC both in terms of providing a full career path to folks that won’t immediately go to college after high school and helping young people gain the skills they need to be successful in employment—in particular, communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
