I joined the YJC Board during Fall 2024.

Why did you join the YJC Board?

I joined the YJC Board because I believe the work of the Center has never been more important. Ensuring that all youth receive the tools, resources, and support required to be successful participants in the workplace and in life is critical and I am truly inspired by the dedication of the staff and volunteers who support our mission.

What is your occupation?

I am the Chief of Staff at Press Ganey. Press Ganey works with more than 41,000 healthcare facilities to reduce patient suffering, enhance caregiver resilience and improve the overall safety, quality and experience of patient care.

What was your first job?

I was a lifeguard for the City of Evanston and lifeguarded at Lighthouse, Dempster Street and Lee Street Beaches. I also enjoyed babysitting when not lifeguarding!

What did you learn from your first job?

The importance of showing up on time and being a part of a team.
