What do you like most about your job?

I am looking forward to working with young people at an exciting and transitional time in their lives that is full of growth and learning. 

Where did you work before YJC?

Worklife Partnership as a Resource Navigator II -- prior to that, I worked in the college access and workforce development space. 

What was your first job?

I was a babysitter.

What did you learn from your first job?

The importance of timeliness and clear communication.

Has your career path gone the way you expected?

Sort of! I always figured I would be in mission-focused and people-centered work. However, I wasn't expecting to have such a strong focus on workforce programming. However, each job I have had since graduating has slowly pushed me in the direction where I have ended up today. 

Fun fact:

I am a marathoner and love spending my Saturday mornings by the lake going for my long training runs.
